What if my custom-built PC is defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged custom-built PC, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours. We’ll assist you in troubleshooting the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a return or repair.

How do I return a custom-built PC if I change my mind?

Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your custom-built PC to start the return process. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the steps. The PC must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories securely packaged for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.

Are there any fees for returns?

A restocking fee may apply to returns of custom-built PCs due to their unique nature. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and communicated to you by our customer support team.

Once we receive the returned custom-built PC and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping and restocking fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
