While rare, shipping damage can occur. We package our PCs with layered protection and foam insulation to minimise risk. All shipments are insured. If your PC arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund it once evidence is submitted.

Yes. All systems include a 24-month warranty. Warranty fixes and replacements are always done like-for-like. Each part is also covered by its original manufacturer warranty if applicable.

Prebuilt PCs are usually shipped within 3 working days. Custom builds typically ship within 3-5 working days after confirmation. All orders include free tracked UK delivery.
